You must maintain valid auto insurance coverage or purchase an approved protection option that satisfies our structural underwriting guidelines before picking up a vehicle.
Reservations: All bookings requested through our online portal are subject to vehicle availability and written acceptance by our team.
Pricing & Fees: Rental fees, local taxes, and processing charges are clearly itemized prior to confirmation. We maintain a policy of complete price transparency; however, final costs may vary if additional options, extensions, or unreturned fuel conditions are met.
Payment Authorization: You authorize us to securely charge your provided credit card or payment method for all rental fees, security deposits, or incidental damages incurred during your rental timeframe.
Any physical vehicle rented following an online booking request is bound by an explicit, separate Rental Agreement that must be executed at pickup. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Allowing unauthorized or unlisted operators to drive the vehicle.
Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.
Utilizing the vehicle for illegal acts, reckless driving, or off-road tracking.
Unless otherwise specified, all content on our website—including logos, text, design layouts, graphics, icons, and software—is the exclusive property of Iconic Legends LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iconic Legends LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your inability to access the online Services, or any mechanical delays beyond our reasonable operational control.
